A&W Financial Solutions filled a niche in the commercial lending marketplace. We
understand that this industry is comprised mostly of conventional financial institutional lenders, non-banking direct lenders,
private money investors, equity investors and venture capitalists, and many more. However, there is a 'servicing
gap' that exists between conventional lenders (i.e. commercial banks) and the non-banking lenders and private money
investors.
Many borrowers do not know where to turn for their commercial financing solutions when their local commercial
banks can not fund their project or property. Even if a borrower found a non-bank lender or private investor,
he or she will be at a disadvantage due to having little or no experience in using creative financing strategies on
how to effectively package their property or project to one or more lenders in order to achieve the optimum financing
results.
This marketplace is comprised of many independent commercial loan brokers or consultants with
different levels of experience who specialize in different types of commercial loans. Therefore, A&W Financial
Solutions was created to form a nationwide 'alliance' of independent sales agents who adhere to effective training
and certification programs within our company. Also, our agents must adhere to (via a signed contract with A&W
Financial Solutions) high ethical standards using our Code Of Ethics when dealing with the general public. This helps give
our borrowers, customers, and referral partners confidence that a level of accountability exists when dealing with any
registered and certified agent for A&W Financial Solutions.
Our crusade is to position our company as a significant asset to traditional and conventional financial
institutions in helping them help customers that they cannot. We bring direct and substantiated value
to our referral partners through increased customer appreciation, non-compete status (because
we are not a depository institution-we represent non-bank and private money lenders), ability to help maintain
depository accounts and other types of relationships (i.e. reduce attrition), increased opportunity to develop
new depository accounts and other value-added product relationships (i.e. bring on new accounts), and
even include a 'hold harmless' agreement that the borrower will sign that completely indemnifies
your organization once the borrower is referred to us.
Our referral partners will understand that we are here to help the customers they can
not. Our job is to help commercial borrowers fund their commercial property or projects using both conventional and unconventional
strategies, with the use of our expertise, resources and vast lender affiliate connections. We are here to
help borrowers who don't know where to turn. And our referral partners must know that we are here to 'lend
a helping hand in the spirit of service'.
